1. Under what conditions and when can I get the refund?
You can get the refund under the following conditions:
a. Order is cancelled upon request.

The amount of refund associated with an order cancellation is stated below in the following table.
b. Recipient not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered.
If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered owing to unfresh flowers or disappointed with the quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be given 100% reimbursement, provided that
» The recipient refuses to accept the Flowers/Gifts and returns the same instantly at the address stated on the Delivery Order in undamaged condition.
AND
» Customer informs us through mail mentioning the cause of dissatisfaction. Please state the Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the Email Form. This feedback will be required for developing our customer service.
c. Unavailability of flower/gift types or colors
If the customer has ordered the flower/gift types or colors that are not available (e.g. due to deficit in supply) at that particular moment and cannot be fulfilled within the specified time, the customer will be informed and will be given 100% refund.
d. Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage
In case any area is out of Bangalore or in case any area is not reachable in Bangalore for any reason-it is beyond our control.
2. How do you carry out the process of refund?
Refund will be implemented within three days, if any one of the aforementioned criteria is met. If the refund has been successfully processed, you will obtain a refund notice through email. For safety purpose you must keep this refund notice for checking against your monthly credit card bill.
