2. Flower arrangements and cakes shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement or the look and feel of cake varies due to availability of flowers or ready cakes and other reasons beyond our control.

3. If ordered flowers / cake /mithai / chocolates are not available in Bangalore, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake /mithai of equal value to our customers.

4. Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within next business day in Bangalore.

5. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain unmanageable conditions. But, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.

6. No claim of whatever reason under any situation will be acceptable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, should be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non-delivery.

7. In case of any complaint against the quality of product we shall redeliver the product after taking the permission of the recipient. But all such claims should be raised within 48 Hours of delivery in Bangalore. Refund can also be made as per the nature of complaint and any decision to refund is the exclusive right of the owner of the website.

8. In case a client wants to cancel an order he needs to do it at least 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses.

12. Fresh Baked cakes are available only after 10.30 am from bakeries. So fresh baked cakes can only be delivered after that time. In certain cases you may insist us to keep the cake previous day in refrigerator & deliver it next morning. But we don't recommend our customers to do this.

13. We do guarantee the delivery on date BUT we don't guarantee the delivery on any particular time. We do try our best to deliver within your specific time but we do not guarantee that. And in general we shall process the order for delivery at the earliest convenience ignoring your specific instruction to deliver at or before a particular time.

14. The prices mentioned at our website is for FREE delivery within Bangalore.

15. The various logos/Trademark backed by product being sold by us on the website belong to respective companies and they are the owner of said Logo/Trademark. All Wine and Champagne (Sparkling Wine) items sold on the website are Non-Alcoholic.

16. Orders received after 4 Pm IST is usually processed as next day orders BUT we shall try our best to deliver same day. A phone call after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.

17. Right of Refusal:

Gifts2Bangalore.com has the right to reject delivery of any order to Bangalore without mentioning any reason whatever is it to the customer. However, in all such cases Gifts2Bangalore.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.

18. The consignee will pay Octroi charges if any as applicable for Bangalore city.
